What is TRE?

“TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE® safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.” -Quoted from TraumaPrevention.com

Who started TREmble?

TREmble was founded by Spencer Stein who is a patient recovery expert, telemedicine entrepreneur, and a certified TRE provider. Spencer Stein used TRE to successfully recover from clinically diagnosed PTSD after surviving a paragliding crash and recovering from a spinal cord surgery. It took him four years of searching before he found an effective solution, after conventional psychology, meditation, and other alternative methods had failed. It became Spencer’s mission to share this work with the world.
