What is TREmble?
TREmble is leading online, clinical provider of TRE and delivers the education in three formats:
- 1. An online class to learn the TRE method on your own
- 2. Remote sessions to work one-on-one with a certified TRE practitioner through TREmble’s HIPPA compliant telehealth portal.
- 3. A membership plan which offers clients unlimited text messaging with a certified TRE practitioner in addition to discounts on remote session and a free online course.
What is TRE?
“TRE® (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release Exercise) is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Who started TREmble?
TREmble was founded by Spencer Stein who is a patient recovery expert, telemedicine entrepreneur, and a certified TRE provider. Spencer Stein used TRE to successfully recover from clinically diagnosed PTSD after surviving a paragliding crash and recovering from a spinal cord surgery. It took him four years of searching before he found an effective solution, after conventional psychology, meditation, and other alternative methods had failed. It became Spencer’s mission to share this work with the world.
Who do I work with during Remote Sessions or text messaging?
Spencer Stein or another certified TRE practitioner. Spencer Stein may not be available because he is teaching groups around the county with limited availability. All therapists employed by TREmble are certified TRE providers. They have all been hand selected among thousands around the world. They have committed themselves to the highest level of care, responsibility, and service. The therapists come from different backgrounds including yoga, psychology, bodywork, physical therapy, and represent the best of modern, traditional, and alternative approaches.
